Decent movie - not great - but its super duper plot twist is overrated (and Fincher cheats quite a bit on it); and it certainly is not the manifesto that its fanboys think it is. The degree to which they overrate it make (and made) me dislike it more than I should have.

Unfortunately for me personally I had seen a plethora of "twist ending" films before this one so I was rather disappointed in myself that I'd figured it out before the end. It's a shame because I think I would like it a lot better than I do now if I hadn't unwittingly un-twisted the plot. It's still a wonderfully acted movie and well thought out though. Definitely an artistic film with a lot of thought and care put into each frame.

Highly overrated in my opinion, yes the twist was cool but otherwise the movie was rather medicore ... (I'd rather recommend watching Shutter Island, also uses schizophrenic elements, but the storie actually makes sense)

Overrated ? Maybe...but I had the chance to discover Fight club without knowing anytime out of it, without being overhyped, without even seeing the trailer...and I've been blown away litteraly...freaking great movie.
