   Once you get past the disgusting premise, it's just an all-around bad movie. The acting is bad, the story is horribly underdeveloped, and it offers nothing beyond a cheap shock.
   
   It's as if the writers said:
   "Hey, let's stick some people together!"
   "Okay, what else?"
