   LOVED this film.
   
   Great setup in the first act with believable characters you actually begin to care about. Once they enter the house it is a delicious gorefest that's a bit hard to keep up with. Some of these images are confusing and even kind of humorously ridiculous. But, if you forget that and let these scenes wash over you they are quite terrifying.
   
   The lack of expositional explanation for the third act is refreshing. The viewer is forced to come to his/her own conclusions while doing their best to forget the horrific images they've just seen.
   
   It's not perfect. But it sure is fun. One of my favorites in a long while. 7 years 6 months ago

   Trippy & twisted. Loved the use of colors - the lighting reminded me a bit of Argento's Suspiria at times - and driving synth score. Very '80s (which, for me, is a good thing). If Nicolas Winding Refn filmed a Clive Barker story in Turkey, it might look something like this. 1 year ago
