Re-ordering fixed!

One of the longest standing bugs was that re-ordering of favorites/dislikes/watchlist did not work as expected. Well, we finally fixed it! Seriously. Go check it out!

Another annoying bug was that some IMDb votes URLs were not imported correctly (due to them being spread out over multiple pages). This bug has also been removed. Finally, there was a bug when specifying which top list you want to see in the settings screen; this bug has also been removed.
