100 Norwegian Films You Must See
Favs/dislikes: 60:2. This is a list of the one hundred and one films listed in the book "100 norske filmer du må se" (100 Norwegian films you must see), edited by Gunn E. Schmidt, published in 2008. Dogme95
Favs/dislikes: 21:0. This is a list of all the films that have come out of the Dogme95-movement. I've used the list on the Danish wikipedia-article as source. Eight of the films are not registered on IMDb and is therefore not included in this list. These missing films are the reason for the wrong numbering from #27 and on. The eight missing ones are as follows: Dogme # 27: Come Now (USA) Dogme # 36: Amateur Dramatics (Anja Laumann, England/Danmark) Dogme # 38: Mere Players (Vaun Monroe, USA) Dogme # 39: el ultimo lector (Sergio Marroquin, Mexico) Dogme # 40: Lazy Sunday Afternoons (Joe Martin, England) Dogme # 42: DarshaN (Travis Pearson, USA) Dogme # 43: 11:09 (Adam Wolf, USA) Dogme # 44: Jagten på det gode liv (Faaeteamet, Danmark) -

The awards ceremony is broadcast live each year and has always maintained huge ratings (usually well over 60% of the entire population watches the show). -

Norwegian Film Critics Award
Favs/dislikes: 9:0. This is a list of all the films that have been awarded the Norwegian Film Critics Award (Filmkritikerprise), since it was first awarded in 1950. The award have mainly been tied to a person (or sometimes two) that have contributer to Norwegian film in the previous year. People that have worked behind, or in front of, the camera. But the award have always been awarded for the work in a specific film (or in a few chases two films). With the only exception in 1956, when the award was given to Ivo Caprino for his animated short films based on fairy tales. -
