It appears you're right. Most are available commercially on DVD, a few are available online.

Don't appear to be available commercially, or online, but there are DVDs out there made by the French cultural alliance.

It's difficult but not impossible to find everything on the list, let's hope some expert "hackers" in the near or faraway future manage to upload torrent versions of the remaining past (and future) unavailable films from that wonderful cinematic continent.

I managed to find all of these online and on KG. Only four to go as of now, all of which are patiently awaiting viewing in my library :)In fact, I'm kind of amazed only three users have completed it. It's not like it's that long of a list...
