In a 2010 survey, the Taipei Golden Horse Film Festival asked 122 film professionals to vote for the 100 greatest Chinese-language films. Most of the voters were from Taiwan, but film professionals from Hong Kong and China and Chinese cinema experts from other countries participated as well.
