iCM Forum's highest rated feature films with 5+ votes, from IMDb vote histories provided by 47 members. Ties are sorted by highest number of votes, with additional application of the IMDb formula

(WR) = (v ÷ (v+m)) × R + (m ÷ (v+m)) × C where:

R = average for the movie (mean) = (Rating)
v = number of votes for the movie = (votes -> max. 47)
m = minimum votes required to be listed in the Top 250 (currently 5)
C = the mean vote across the whole report (currently 6.6)

Includes movies, TV movies and excludes documentaries.
