In response to the Turkish comedies no one has seen making the list of the best movies of the 1970s, can icheckmovies follow the same rules IMDb does about how 20,000 votes are needed to be considered in a top list?
Can someone please explain why so many entries of an obscure Turkish comedy series exists in this list? Many of us use icheckmovies to gather recommendations, and having so many of a film series no one has seen or heard about over films from the 1970s whose impact on popular culture cannot even begin to be quantified ruins the integrity of the list and of this website.
@MrCarmady: My point was that if you look at specifically how the Female Under-18 demographic votes on those movies, it is wildly out of sync with everyone else. It's been a topic of discussion before on IMDb.
I do agree that teenage males rule the Top 250 list. It's why every comic book movie shoots to the top right after release.
