Lists like this one - and all the other IMDb decade lists - have to be manually updated by users here, because IMDb no longer publishes decade lists. So it takes a little time and effort, and is usually only done once a month or so. It's not so noticeable with the other decades but with things changing so fast in the new once it's probably going to seem weird and inconsistent for a while.
I should be on the list soon. We had an issue with the list not updating properly, so it and a couple of others should show up in a few days.
As muzzlehatch said, as well, the source imdb list is updated manually about once a month, and Everything Everywhere was not over 1500 checks a couple of weeks ago when the list was last updated ready to be made official.
