This list doesn't exist on Mubi, so I had to make it myself. See this spreadsheet for the top 1000.

Notes:
-I only included the first part of The Human Condition and Histoire(s) du cinéma. On Mubi they have 1 entry for the entire series.
-The following films appear twice in the top 250, so I only included 1 of each: Fanny and Alexander and Scenes from a Marriage (theatrical and TV), The Decalogue (mini-series and episode 1), Tie Xi Qu (first 2 parts). To make up for this, I added 4 extra films at the bottom.
-2 TV episodes made the top 250: Twin Peaks: Pilot and Sherlock: The Reichenbach Fall.
-The list includes Science Is Fiction, which is a collection of 23 shorts.
