Amendments: The Original Book Focus' On VHS released tapes, this in some way causes an issue with Double Features/Commercials/Shorts/TV Shows in the way they are presented on IMDB. For television show, VHS tapes would be released in Volumes, not series box sets like how shows are presented today. For TV Shows, I've just included the ENTIRE series of the show. I assumed the writers of the book just mentioned the pilots of these shows just as not to fill half the book with a dozen pages focusing on one show.

For VHS tapes that focused on shorts, I've just listed the shorts in order of presentation that was on the box set, unless unavailable on IMDB.
