A quirky, distinctively Icelandic film about a stunted man-child and his aimless lazy drift through life for lack of motivation. Shares some sensibilities with other small-town British and Scandinavian cinema, such as the films of Bill Forsyth, Lucas Moodysson, or early Lasse Halstrom.
