Could have been good if only: The mains characters where not that miserable. And also without the popculture references (Judd Apatow bullshit things and so on)... Armand is miserable: the way he think, the way he act, the way he IS; we acknowledged for god sake! And in fact Amélie is the same, she is as miserable as Armand (That's why there're fine together); the only difference between Armand and Amélie is that she's got a vagina. That's all.
Apart from the miserable characters, the hipster way to film the movie with a 16mm image format is kind of annoying. 8 years 5 months ago
