People kept telling me that this was one of the weirdest movie ever, I didn't believe them, but then I watched and I was wtf-ed. I loved it though! It's still one of my favorite. I have no friggin' idea why I love it so much!

A completely original film. The only other films it even remotely resembles are some of Kubrick’s own. Although some elements of the cinematography and design can feel slightly clumsy and dated, they are still used to great effect and work with the overall tone. Malcolm McDowell is perfect and is above all else what makes this a great film, shaped by Kubrick’s audacity in pushing away from realistic performances into something far more interesting, he sears images into your eyeballs. As a result, almost every scene is memorable to the point of becoming iconic.

While hauntingly graphic, the script is a poetic masterpiece, and the cinematography is simply astonishing.

It´s incredible how this movie makes you root for the murderer and rapist Alex DeLarge! Simply astonishing!

Just rewatched it, and the images still amaze. Everything is impeccable, which is the norm with Kubrick. While not his best (that would be 2001, in my humble opinion), it still shines in ways that only his films seem able to. This time I was especially aware of the wonderful electronic score by Walter (now Wendy) Carlos. I want the soundtrack so badly now.

I don't know if I should feel sorry for Alex or not. But I should say it is a great film with a huge message.

I love this movie. I'm fascinated by the nature of evil and this is pretty touching. Everyone has it's dark side, even though it doesn't have to be seen.
It makes me think about sense of society. There is non. But we keep holding together...for now.

I don't know if it was intentional, but by the end of the film I hated everyone except Alex. Especially the mother & father.

What a complete shocking movie. It's original when we refer to cinema, since this movie is an adaptation of a book.(There are many differences, though).

The movie's criticism is great, Kubrick's directing is also amazing, the use of all that colours made the movie so stylish. Malcolm McDowell did such an incredible job, one of the greatest characters I've ever had the pleasure to watch.
