Stories like this are the most horrifying. Stories about ordinary people and not monsters, aliens or demons. The movie seems so simple, but it includes everything to make you learn about Sylvia Likens story. Ellen Pages acting is brilliant, as always! 11 years 5 months ago -

Brilliant film. Pretty good acting all round. The topic was handled very well and remained relatively unbiased, it wasn't sensationalized, they were just telling the story which is good because then you can make your own view on what happened/who was to blame. 11 years 11 months ago -
