A wonderful tearjerker showing how love and food can mend broken hearts and bridge distances. Beautifully photographed. Tactfully and marvelous acting by all, including the young actress Maxime Foerste.
A nice romantic comedy. Compared to the remake, it's definitely better (less but to the point) acting, better characters, and better soundtrack (via con me!).
