Disappointing. Has little going for it other than some nice costumes and period furnishings. I write as a huge musicals, 1940s, 1950s and crooners fan, so maybe I was expecting too much.
Some of the green screen shots at the beginning were (sadly) laughable; I thought it was meant to be part of the kitsch of going back in time, but I think not.
I know the film was a labour of love for Kevin Spacey - and for that, I give him credit - but he was totally not believable in the role.
Oh well, at least I can now cross this one off my to-see list.

I love Spacey and I love Darin, so I enjoyed watching this but it could have been a bit better. Still worth watching if you're a fan of either though.CynInFlicks
