Groundhog day is the comedy version, Happy Death Day is the horror version, Edge of Tomorrow is the Sci-fi, and now comes Boss Level, the Action version! And i love all 4 of them.
Finally got to see Frank Grillo as the headliner in a big budget film and he killed it, both as a actionstar and with alot of comedy.
Loved this film. My only negative comment is that they under-used Mel Gibson as a villain.. other than that i loved the film. 2 years 11 months ago -

Tired premise. Boring cast. But mostly unforgivably dull and repetitive.
When you do the Groundhog Day thing, and you're not the 1st or even the 20th, the most important thing you want to do is not have the same scenes over and over with no change and yet they haven't even managed that.
The action scenes are also ridiculous. From the choregraphy to the execution and direction, it's like watching a high school drama club rehearse fight scenes from the Power Rangers in slow motion. Ugh. 1 year 4 months ago
