Funny, sweet, entertaining... a real Jim-Carrey-movie! Morgan Freeman is great as well. Many funny scenes. Had a great time watching it (not just once).
Better than I thought it would be and with one of Jim Carrey's less annoying performances, but still a very heavy-handed and schmaltzy fable that promotes a variation on Leibniz's theodicy.
You either like Carrey's comedic shtick, or you don't. I don't. And the murky theological message about moral abdication did not resonate with this non-believer.
