   Watched this as a kid and re-watched it recently. A lot better than I remembered, and quite a few scenes felt like maybe Pirates of the Caribbean got inspired by it (maybe, lol). Morgan's character was a surprisingly strong one, to the point I wish scriptwriters would take example on her for their so-called strong female leads. Although the climax could have a been a lot shorter in my opinion, it's still a really entertaining pirate action movie and highly recommended to fans of the genre. 8 years 4 months ago
