I really did not enjoy this one. I still decided to watch the whole movie because it got so much attention and praise that I wanted to see it. And I'm sure it's a great movie in the eyes of many people, as it adresses the way of life and some serious topics of that particular period - it just did not appeal to me personally.

I didn't like the visual style or the story, neither did anyone of the actors really fascinate me although they did a pretty good job. Just not my kind of movie.

I almost got bored to death. I have nothing against German, slow or art-house movies but this one in particular couldn't keep my attention for more than five minutes at a time. 2 hours totally wasted.
