A wonderful slice of Brit grit from Shane Meadows. No-one makes proper British cinema like he does. Paddy Considine is wonderful in the lead role and the story veers from the shockingly brutal to the heart-wrenchingly moving. It's brilliant. 11 years 10 months ago
