   Really excellent film. Poignantly captures the repression of feeling and sexuality in the hypermodern chaos of Caracas. The screenwork is great and the powerful shifts of control in the relationship between Armando and Elder is fascinating. The ending is both painful and confusing and leaves us with various difficult questions to ask ourselves. Vigas has done a fine job. 7 years 9 months ago

   A rich, middle aged dentist meets a young petty criminal with Caracas' violence for a background.
   
   Good exploration of the influence of money and social class in a third world environment, as well as of the power struggles that happen in every couple, gay or straight.
   
   It's a good companion to LA VIRGEN DE LOS SICARIOS (Our lady of the Assassins), as both films deal with very similar issues and the story is almost the same. 7 years 2 months ago
