I honestly can't remember the last time I cried so hard from a movie, nor felt so much anger and disgust at the characters. Like Adamov10 commented, some parts are really difficult to watch, especially knowing that these are based off actual events.
I really have to give it to the children actors though. Their performances were great even at such young ages. As for Gong Yoo, I'm looking forward to seeing more of his work. All in all, this was a brilliant movie, albeit difficult to watch given the subject matter.
Outstanding film based on sick actual events that happened in Gwang Ju, South Korea in 2005, where deaf children were being abused by two evil twin Principal's and teachers. First half film shows the abuse and the second half is a court case drama
The child actors who portray deaf and mute children was amazing. found myself yelling at the screen during certain scenes. Some of the scenes in the movie was just too graphic for me to watch. Another Modern day Korean Masterpiece. 9/10
