Weak movie, not what you'd expect from a Doctor Who movie. Both Doctors are pale and faded, not at all the larger-than-life-hell raisers they should be. Meaningless supporting roles, weak script, yada yada bara bing bara boop. Essentially a DW re-launch attempt gone wrong.
Eric Roberts performance swings from great to horrendous. I'm starting to wonder if this guy ever managed anything good... hmm. He was good in "The Odyssey (TV series)" as the sleazebag Eurymachus. Seems that's the one role he can pull off, and sometimes not even that.
Disappointment inbound for fans of the show, and very little entertainment awaits anyone who chooses to watch the movie.
Go instead for the brilliant Doctor Who TV series starting 2005! 11 years 10 months ago
