@Ashrzr: I actually had the same reaction as you, having fallen asleep three separate times before finishing the film (I guess I was just tired). However, when I finally finished the film I realized it was one of the scariest movies I'd ever seen.

I intend to revisit this again and again. Amazingly put together. Didn't think it was as funny as I expected but as someone pointed out, humor changed a lot over the last 50 years.

I'm a kid and I love this. It's an edgy, very funny satire and after a couple of repeat viewings, I'll probably love it but for now it's a great movie not an all time favourite but a great movie nonetheless.

Add me to the list of watchers who "didn't get it." It's a very odd picture. It keeps making me think of it as a cult classic or something in that vein which is interesting because 60's movies don't typically fall into that category.

I agree with badblokebob. Didn't really get it, and I certainly thought it was gonna be more of a comedy than it was. It just felt dreary, and for one and a half hour it felt incredibly long.
