   Had no idea what to expect, but I actually enjoyed this one. Nice action and effects, some visually beautiful and impressive scenes. I also loved the ending.
   
   The lead actor Luke Evans was great - I also enjoyed seeing Charles Dance.
   
   It's not one of my favorite movies because at some points it lacked a little bit of emotional appeal or whatever you want to call it... but I really believe that's not the lead actor's fault. I think the story, the script, maybe even the director might be to blame.
   
   But overall I liked the movie and I hope we'll see more of Luke Evans soon. 9 years 6 months ago

   I always loved the theory some historical phycologists have that young Vlad was sexually abused by the Turks when he was a tributary ward. This, they claim, is why he was obsessed with sticking poles up people's bottoms. The history of how Vlad kept the Ottoman Empire out of Wallachia by creating a forest of his own impaled subjects is far more intriguing than this fairy tale.
   It wasn't as bad as I was expecting it to be but to be fair my expectations were as low as the First Fallen. 9 years 2 months ago
