   I love me a little Charlton Heston in an epic movie, and this one delivers. It has some great battle choreography and never lets you forget that it is truly an epic in the scope of the sets, number of extras, etc.
   
   Interestingly, Heston really despised working with Loren during the course of filming but both actors are good enough that you'd never notice. Their romance sizzles throughout the course of the film and by the end we actually feel something for both of them. 5 years 7 months ago

   Dramatic adventure film, big in spectacle and scope.......but not as exciting as i remembered it seeing it as a kid. Found it a bit too long and not as thrilling. 10 years 5 months ago
