If you've seen an ad for this and think it's looks like a possibly interesting alien/sci-fi movie think again. Absolute basics of the plot listed in the spoiler tag as it technically does spoil their "plot twist" (if you want to even call it that) but again if you are thinking this is some sci-fi then I suggest you read it before watching.
