Roald Dahl's classic is 'adapted' by Wes Anderson into an annoyingly Americanised (but attractive) animation. 3/10.

this was a hilarious ride from start to finish. i don't think any kid would really appreciate the humour or the story since it's got more mature humour (not adult) than any animation film i've seen. but god was this enjoyable. not recommended for kids simply because they would most probably find it boring and hate it.

Great movie! Very funny (not just for kids), great animations. A piece to match Dahl's mastermind

Saw it yesterday, nothing to fancy, just great entertainment with the well know Wes Anderson touches.
