At times side-splittingly hilarious, and others, patience-testingly tiresome. Overall too much of a mixed bag to be consistenly enjoyable, and so therfore becomes a little infuriating. Brand shines in supporting roles, but grates as a lead. 11 years 9 months ago -

Not amazing, but there are some laughs to be found. Gets surprisingly emotional and raw in the middle, which can be respected as an interesting choice in what one would assume would be a more comedic, watered-down version of its predecessor Forgetting Sarah Marshall and its emotional overtones.
