Despite its poor reputation, this became a pleasant surprise. The action and animation is superb and the characters are awesome. Everything about Golgo 13 comes together to create 95 minutes of anime gold. It is near perfect as an anime take on the James Bond formula, except they take the womanising, expert killing and overall bad-assnes of the main character to a ridiculous level.
