Hands down one of the best military films I've seen. It is funny but also very deep and sad. Most importantly, it's about people, real people and their hearts. Jiang Wen is a brilliant writer, director and actor. His works deserve more recognition and this film should be in all the lists and "movie bibles". 6 years 11 months ago -
