no, it shouldn't, this movie had been filmed twice. and I didn't read this somewhere. I have both here, and none is a full dub. Orson Welles might have been dubbed in French, no idea really. Some speaking scenes looks similar, but are different nonetheless

That link jarmel posted is still active 7 years later, but in the meantime far superior versions have become available on blu-ray, dvd and KG and the likes.

This is fantastic. Among his best. Some shoddy editing and bad dubbing don't make this any less of a delectable treat. Really the quintessential Orson Welles film-- something that could be said about all of them, actually.
