From what I gather the best chance of finding this film is in NYU film school archives. Out of my reach, unfortunately.CulpeperBunkerDude
Having recently contacted the Library of Congress to see if I could see a copy of the film, I can confirm that they do not have a copy of the film available for any sort of public viewing. This means that the film is incredibly rare and likely only able to be viewed in the collections of a single, individual, and as-of-yet unknown library, though another comment here says the best bet seems to be the NYU film school archives.Torgo
