Not the best in the series but still a worthy addition, providing an enjoyable experience for both young and old. I felt the animation was brilliant in the environments, scenery and effects, while very dated in the character's details. That mammoth fur isn't looking all that great by today's standards, and the wet fur looked plain bad.

Recommended, especially if you've seen the prequels.

I had to see this to complete the objective of seeing the four movies, I am a fan of the series mostly because of the original, there is some nostalgia relationship that I have with the first one the made want to see the sequels, despite they never will beat the original.

There were plenty moments that I liked, the granny, that was a new character was ok, the old ones: Sid, Scrat and Diego are my favourites, Yeah the story with Peaches could be cut out of the movie, that was annoying.

It was an ok movie, I still want to see the fifth one.

It definitely got a lot "cheesier" in some sense, it's still worth watching if you enjoyed the previous three.

Nothing special. The Longest Daycare was the best part....

It certainly wasn’t the most believable of movies, but nevertheless, it was still entertaining.

It's getting a bit tired this franchise. Barely ok sequel. Kids were also underwelmed. Characters remain great but it's lacking in excitement, humor and story

I'm very close to disliking this one. I won't because some scenes are sweet, but it's my least favourite of the franchise so far. The teenage mammoth daughter and her friends were annoying, the captain of the ship and his whole crew were annoying... some good scenes in between but I doubt I'll watch it again.

EDIT: okay, I have to dislike it. It's just really not very good.

This Ice Age movie was better than The Meltdown, but still not as great as Dawn of the Dinosaurs (but then again that was my favorite.) I enjoyed it and actually laughed more than I do in most comedies. And for the record, Sid and his granny are the best!

Enjoyed it, had some good laughs. Loved the Shira/Diego moments. Keep 'em coming.

Obvious plot, but still, it is a family cartoon that doesn't have to be deep or something.
I think they should've payed more attention to possums and Diego/Shira stories. But I still think it was a pretty good movie :)

Gorgeous visuals, some great visual gags and a whole lot of fun. Suffers from doing the same plot we've seen before, but benefits from some great new characters and of course, the wonderful Scrat.

Great, improved visuals which sort of restored my faith in 3D.
Great voice acting featured from the newcomers too, Drake and Nicki Minaj in particular surprised me.
An entertaining addition to the 'ageing' series overall. The ending could be interpreted as sequel bait but there isn't really any need for one, the quality can only go down really.
