It's my least favorite of the 3 Indiana Jones movies (I don't recognize the 4th one) but I still love it to death. Certainly much darker than the other two movies, this one delves much deeper into the more unsavory parts of the character of Indiana as well as his job description as an adventurer and archaeologist. After all, you have to admit that Jones is the kind of character has seen a lot of evil, dark, and heart stopping things (pun slightly intended). This movie embraces that darkness in ways the other two movies were unable to. The movie culminates in an amazing chase scene that holds up to today's action movie standards 30 years later.

One of the best sequels and/or prequels. A good adventure, although a bit light on action. 8/10.

Regular one, the other two are better. The new one I don't even consider as an Indiana Jones movie

For a film with so much action, this is pretty boring. Would still have been bad without the terrible supporting cast.

The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull gets a lot of hate for ruining the franchise, but I'd watch that one any day of the week rather than this one. Four words: "Willie Scott" and "Short Round." Every time Willie spoke I just wanted Indy to punch her right in the mouth.

TKotCS was unrealistic? How about a 10 year old kid beating up half a dozen grown men?

I watched this ages ago and it was fun to see it again. We begin at the end of one of Indy's adventures and get whisked into a new one. I love the contrast between the play Asian characters in the musical number at the beginning, then the real Asian people in the village. I also like how the film uses authentic native people when it can.

The music, of course, was great, and Indy's child sidekick was adorable. The "fame of glory" of Indy's initial motivation changes to something more benevolent by its exciting, breathtaking end. I am impressed that the special effects still look convincing, even by our digital standards.

Ok Indiana Jones movie. Not as good as Raiders. BEcause of the mean and dark tone and leading lady. But great opening, terrific stunt work. Blu Ray looks and sounds good

The sequel to Raiders of the Lost Ark, it has an interesting venue and some good action, but Indiana's sidekicks will annoy you no end whenever they are on screen, especially the screechy Kate Capshaw.

Both the woman and the little kid were annoying as hell. But who cares, Harrison Ford is awesome :P

I wish they had taken the annoying woman's heart out instead.

I really don't think it deserves to be on the "50 best sequels" list, especially not on 14th place.
