Pretty terrible remake of a French movie about a man who's balancing a relationship with his wife and another woman. Told through various intersecting flashbacks it never quite manages to become a coherent story with flat characters, terrible dialogue and substandard performances from all main actors.
Sharon Stone won a fully deserved Razzie for this.
