What a dull movie. This could have been great, given the cast, director, screewriter, and not to mention the subject matter. Covering some of the most important events of the last century, the film crawls along. And the prosthetics are unconvincing. This should have been a showcase for Leo's acting, but perhaps he was miscast.

Make-up was total crap. I couldn't see even a touch of emotion on Leo's face, which made it hard to act along with. So goes to Armie, which turned out even worse; I didn't even recognize him at all. Also Leo's accent was too fake and stern in the beginning and only softens a notch into the middle of the movie.

I found it overly-serious and self-important and like many of Eastwood's recent efforts, it lacks fun, and looks bland and washed-out. It could use some colour or comic relief or something to make it enjoyable.
good movie, the make up, not so much, guess they really wanted to say Leonardo DiCaprio was in this, they should really just had had older actors to portray them as older, couldn't quite take Armie Hammers Character serious as older because of the make up.

A good (but not excellent for a change!) Leo, ok directing from Eastwood...I never got too excited by it.

Overall was good. I give it 4/5 stars.
