it's much better than i thought. i feared it would have those silly horror scenes that many older movies can have, but pretty much the whole movie felt quite realistic. and they werent afraid to show the bloody scenes. i enjoyed the movie!

After watching it again, I liked that last 30 minutes, they were very good, the rest is not that special. It's just a popular movie, that's all.

It's been many-a-year since I first saw this as a young lad, yet I'm still terrified of sharks and the sea because of it. Powerful work, this. And Quint is one of the coolest characters in cinema ever.

I would like to congratulate Mr. Spielberg and the rest of the crew for this timeless brilliant and terrifying masterpiece. I know from personal experience that the lads gave their souls (so to speak) to bring this fine piece of cinema alive.
