Still no lists for this one?! Curtis directing Elvis is a surprising match but well worth the watch 3 years 3 months ago -

Better than the overrated Jailhouse Rock. The highlights are the Crawfish and Trouble music numbers and the moment when Elvis wakes up near the end. The King's acting seemed promising in this; with a few visits to the Actors Studio I think he would've had a shot at being the next James Dean or Montgomery Clift. 1 year 9 months ago -

the early films of Elvis I thought were the best and this one certainly fits the bill, good story line with some descent songs,id'e like to mention Walter Matthau and Dean Jagger who I though were very good as supporting stars, really enjoyed it. 8 years ago
