A western set in modern day (80s) America is often touted as Chuck Norris' pinnacle achievment in the action man business. There was enough stuff going on to keep my interest, but as an overall package it is kind of disappointing. Norris' character is inspired by Eastwood's Man With No Name, but is far less cool.
