The reconstruction is the best and only one at the moment, so if you watch the 8min version the check is legit ;)

Lol I find it funny how these runtime-nazis decide whether a check is valid or not

As if this movie is a Dunkirk or Dark Knight that I need to see each and every minute lol

We all know it's evident what all these Brakhage kind of movies are, even if you openly say they are "artistic beauties", you know what they really are
