Wow!! A powerful, true story that moved me. I was born in 1953 in the deep south, but I never knew about this case. I saw racism when I was young, separate schools and the like. When my school was integrated in the 7th grade, I was frightened of the possible violence. It never happened, very probably because 2 intelligent and polite girls were chosen to join my grade. I saw mixed race kids and they were whispered about, but the mothers were not married. Thanks to the producers and the everyone involved in this important story.

"In the 50's, I would have been courageous." Audacity, it's telling this kind of story TODAY. Racism is till there, it's not an old and nice story.Read more in French on La Saveur des goƻts amers.
