   Apparently this one bombed at the box office, perhaps the obscurity of the Mr Peabody character wasn't realized by the producers. 145 million US$ budget, relatively unknown character? Either someone was dreaming, taking a huge chance or just plain lost their mind.
   
   I never heard of Mr Peabody so I had no preconceptions to defeat, unlike many of the angry comments I've seen on the net.
   
   I really enjoyed it. Witty humor that should entertain young and old alike, puns galore, role reversals, gags etc.
   Great voice acting, beautiful animation, music by the magician Danny Elfman, intriguing story which effortlessly pokes fun at itself and a moral to the whole thing which doesn't make you groan with anguish.

   I can't seem to understand why everyone hates this movie. I didn't know anything about the characters going in and I thought it was a cute and funny movie. I think some of the jokes are a bit "older" and some kids might not get them, but that makes it enjoyable for people of all ages. 8 years 9 months ago
