Halfway through watching this I had a fleeting thought of "what if this was directed by Werner Hertzog" and I had to go lie down.Excellent documentary otherwise.

Just wonderful. What a brilliant piece of filmmaking. Impressive how they were able to capture the most important moments in the life of that wonderful creature.I don't know if I will ever be able to taste one of my favourite dishes the same way again ahahah.
I really liked the cinematography, music and use of slow motion.

Fascinating stuff with just the right touch of beautiful music and more intimate insights by the main protagonist (if you assume it is not the Octopus!). Discovering and trying to understand a world in a world - which is close enough, yet so distant from our normal lives.ana_olv
Once upon a time, a guy falls into an obsession with a female octopus. As a stalker, he was capable of shows us how interesting, intelligent, curious, and creative this liquid animal can be. The documentary is pretty amazing and unexpected.boulderman
