The task of adapting Naked Lunch to the screen would not have been an easy one, but it works. Still, it's often gross and disengaging. The originality of content alone should attract more literate viewers.
I didn't like this movie, mainly cuz I really did not like the book. The only Cronenberg movie I've liked so far has been "The Fly," which was really good.
