Underrated mid-90s vintage action thriller with Johnny Depp in a youthful role, squaring off against the ever-weird, delightfully wicked Christopher Walken. The premise of the movie is preposterous -- surely it would be easier to simply kill the governor by other means than this complicated rigmarole of a plot -- but it still makes for a reasonably tense, taut 90-minute thriller. 2 years 1 month ago -
