I really liked this, it was oh so strange. I don't think I would recommend it to anyone I know personally out of fear that they will forever be disturbed at my taste in movies! This movie was pretty awesome, I really liked the story (even though it was quite twisted).Ashrzr
Just a word of advice: avoid the dubbed version like the plague. I watched it with dubs and the voice acting ruined the film's tone and I didn't like it. Years later I watched Oldboy again but with subtitles only, and it was every bit as good as intended to be.GremVendetta
I was stunned into silence for ten minutes after the film ended. Honestly, one of the best I've ever seen. The plot had me guessing all the way through, and the twist was so brutal. Absolute genius cinema. I could praise Oldboy for days!JoeMorrissy
